By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entries which are incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, forged, irregular in any way, or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute concerning who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized holder of the e-mail account from which the entry is made. Sponsor may, at its sole and exclusive discretion, disqualify any submission it believes incorporates names, voices, signatures, photographs, likenesses, identities, persons or materials without permission, or are not otherwise in the public domain.

6. Use of Your Submission and Personal Information.
7. Selection of Winner and Prizes.
Public Voting & Judging:
Entries that meet the entry requirements (as required in Section 2) and are approved by Sponsor will be posted on the contest web site. Individual members of the public registered at thrillwithoutthegrill.votigo.com will be invited to vote for entries online at thrillwithoutthegrill.votigo.com during the semi-finalist voting period. Individuals must be registered with the contest web site in order to cast a vote but do not have to submit an entry in order to vote. Each eligible entry will be allowed one vote per registered user per day during the entry period. The 15 entrants receiving the highest number of eligible votes will become a semifinalist and qualify for judging during the judging period, subject to verification (including verification of eligibility and compliance with the Official Rules.)
During the judging period, Sponsor or its designee will evaluate the 15 qualified entries and assign a score of up to 75% based on the following criteria:
The 75% score, in addition to the 25% score assigned from public voting, will determine 8 video entries that will be reposted on the contest website as finalists during the finalist voting period.
The finalist whose submission receives the highest number of valid votes during the finalist voting phase will be deemed the potential grand prize winner and the Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecued Meats Super Fan. The finalist whose submission receives the second highest number of valid votes will be deemed the potential first runner-up prize winner; and the finalists whose submission receive the third highest number of valid votes will be deemed the second runner-up winner. In the event of a tie for any prize, the entrant whose submission received the highest score in the fit to contest theme category, as determined by the qualified judges in their sole discretion, will be deemed the applicable prize winner. Sponsor reserves the right to award fewer than the stated number of prizes, if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified submissions. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate potential winner for any prize via an application of the judging criteria should the voting appear to have been tampered with or manipulated in any way.
Prizes will be awarded solely to the authorized account holder of the email address who submitted the entry. It is at the sole discretion of such winner as to whether or not to divide any prizes received amongst other participants who appear in or who have contributed to the video.
The winner and runners-up ("Prize Winners") will be notified by telephone or email of their selection. Each Prize Winner will be required to sign and return within five (5) calendar days of notification of selection as a Prize Winner (i) an Affidavit of Eligibility, (ii) a Publicity/Liability Release, (iii) a copy of his/her passport, drivers license or birth certificate as proof of age and residency, and (iv) any other documents (such as rights clearances) that may be required by Sponsor. If a Prize Winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of the first notification attempt, or a prize winning notification is returned as undeliverable, or a prize winner rejects a prize awarded, or Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that a Prize Winner has not complied with any one part of the Official Rules, then the entrant's status as a Prize Winner and the prize awarded will be forfeited, and a First Runner-up Prize Winner will be selected from the group of Finalists. If a prize awarded is forfeited, no other compensation will be given to that Prize Winner. The Affidavit of Eligibility must be completed and must include the entrant's social security or resident alien identification number. The information in any Affidavit of Eligibility must be correct and must be identical to the information provided in the original entry or the person or group of persons will be disqualified.
